Payments & Insurance
As a free service to our patients, North Georgia Physical Therapy Associates gladly files claims to insurance companies. We are providers for most managed care organizations. Assignment is accepted from Medicare and Medicaid.
Through a commitment to our communities, patients who may be in need of physical therapy services but who are financially restricted to pay, negotiated payment terms are possible.
Physician Referrals
By State of Georgia law, North Georgia Physical Therapy Associates accepts referrals for evaluation and treatment from physicians, osteopaths, oral surgeons, dentists, podiatrists and chiropractors.
By State of Tennessee law, North Georgia Physical Therapy Associates is allowed to evaluate and treat patients without prior physician referral.
